Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same afternoon. Standard delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–3 business days; remote areas may need 4–5. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier picks up your parcel. If you select Express at checkout, delivery is guaranteed the next business day. Delays can occur during public holidays or peak sale periods — we'll always email you if your order is affected.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Start the return from the "My Orders" page — we'll email you a pre-paid courier label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel. Sale items and personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via secure 3-D Secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices for one-tap payment. You can also pay with PayPal or by direct bank transfer for instant clearing. Cash on delivery is available for orders under 1000 лв shipped within Bulgaria — a 5 лв surcharge applies. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner.

You can edit or cancel your order from "My Orders" as long as its status is still "Pending". Once the order moves to "Preparing" it has already entered our warehouse workflow and cannot be modified online. In that case, contact support within 30 minutes and we'll try to intercept it before dispatch. If the parcel has already shipped, you can refuse delivery or return it free of charge once received. Address changes for in-transit parcels are subject to the courier's policy and may incur a fee.

Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout as usual. On the payment step you'll see a "Discount / Gift code" field — paste your code there and click Apply. Valid codes are applied instantly and the order total updates before you confirm payment. Only one promotional code can be used per order, but a gift card can be combined with a promo code. If a code is rejected, check the expiry date and any minimum-spend requirements stated when you received it.
